If we are unable to resolve the dispute using our complaint procedure, we will: let you know that the dispute cannot be sttled with you. consider the need for Alternative Dispute Resolution and, if considered necessary, provide you with information about any alternative dispute resolution provider we deem appropriate to deal with your complaint. provide you with information about our Regulators and their complaints and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution services.
